I ordered a dancing doll as a gift for a young child. Unfortunately, the product I received did not match the quality shown. The doll looked much less polished than the product photos. The plastic surface had visible scratches and scuff marks, making it look more like an older item than a new product. Since it was meant as a gift, I wasn't comfortable giving it in that condition, so I requested a replacement. I was waiting for the replacement and to my shock Amazon marked the replacement as delivered, but I never actually received it. When I contacted customer support, I was told I'd need to print labels and ship the original item back myself, which was not the service I expected. More frustrating still, the order status continues to show the replacement as delivered, even though no replacement arrived and no pickup was ever arranged. I've generally had good experiences with Amazon, but this has been extremely disappointing. I hope they improve order tracking accuracy and customer support so others don't face the same inconvenience. Wish I could give negative feedback.

Very very fantastic product. One thing need change is the music. The current music is irritating if plays long. Requesting to replace it with melodious music.

Toy suppose to work work with 2 x AA batteries. Battery socket in the toy was incapable of fiiting these. hence toy is totally uelsess. Added to it it was ordered as a birth day gift....Birth day function turned out to be fiasco....never pay with sentiments of people specially children's who eagerly look fwd to gifts.
