DONT BUY!
I’ve used so many brands and this brand has ruined my hands and nails! I’ve got chemical burn from the product! My fingers are so itchy and burning. Never experienced so much pain in my life!

My nails suck these are awesome
So I'm grad school broke and have fast-growing nails that are thin-ish and love to split and chip at the ends if they get longer than a mm. I thought these were a different kind of gel - that I'd damage my nails like acrylics/gel/dips do and have to wait months for them to grow out. Nail polish just doesn't stay on my nails and a cute paint job will be gone the moment I shower, or in 2 days, whichever comes first. Enter this stuff. I LOVE IT - this brand is my fav.It takes some learning - you cant get amazing nails the first time with these. DO NOT do anything else before you have the final coat on. Pee first, have everything you need, don't go digging in anything or touch clothing/tissues, don't touch it even to check things - if you do thin layers and bake for 90 seconds it'll be dry. This stuff is sticky even when baked under a UV light and you'll be picking lint off if you do ANYTHING other than go from beginning to end in one sitting. The top coat is fine the moment its time under the UV light is done so you can go full speed when finished. My advice is definitely BUFF your nails lightly with a rough file to rough up the slick surface so it sticks for a long time- dont do so much you injure your nails. Warm up the base coat in your hands (or put it in a warm glass of water while you buff) so it goes on THIN. UV light for 60-90 seconds. For thin or broken nails (I even repaired a broken nail this way) put on a second THIN layer. UV for 90. THEN put on 2-3 layers of a color - each are sheer-ish don't worry it'll be solid by the next layer. This stuff doesn't dry until baked so every single time you apply a layer it gets 60 seconds under the light. 90 if its the tiny light. I do 3 layers of color. If I need a base under a sheer glitter one, I'll do 2 for a solid color the the sheer 1-2 on top. Keep an eye on it getting lumpy - if you put it too much in one area and thin in another there will be thick areas on your nails. Don't get it on your skin, it's a pain to get off later with a cuticle clipper - take advantage of it not drying and carefully wipe off anything on your skin before baking. This stuff will get HOT if you don't do thin layers - like BURNING hot (and you cant remove it). Keep it thin. If you do feel it getting hot remove immediately, let it cool then put it back in. Your top coat (1) will be the hottest of all of them so be ready for heat - usually because it's thicker than the others. If they're not hard as a rock, you didn't bake them long enough. 1-2 layers of THINNEST base, 2-4 layers of color (if you get creative there may be more), 1 layer of top. Mine stay perfect until they grow out so much they need to be changed. You CAN fill them in if you buff down the top coat but you're buying a giant kit like this why not remove them to try another color.ABOUT THAT - consider getting fingerless gloves to protect your skin from the UV light. Some people are sensitive and if you do this too often you might see signs of irritation or even aging after a year or so. I do this about every 3 weeks so it's not bad - and I pamper my skin after with 3 rounds of moisturizer and massages. I don't recommend this type of nail if you do it more than once every 2 weeks - it's not good for your skin. This stuff is meant to STAY on. If you like changing it up a lot, paint a natural nail in the gel polish then paint a regular nail polish type over the top - use a non-acetone remover like SOY POLISH REMOVER that will take off the polish but not mess with the gel nail. When removing the gel nail, I got a cheap electric file to buff it down quickly but you have to have a steady hand - if you don't want to deal with those things get a rough nail file and file down the top coat of all the nails then put on a remover. Some removers paint on, they're not great and have to be done like 4 times - you can get remover dip for gel nails so you can soak them off. There's also the 100% acetone method that you use with a cotton ball torn into 10 pieces and dipped in then applied to the nail with either foil or those clamp things to keep the air away - that sometimes requires 2 rounds - DONT PULL IT OFF - YOUR NAIL LAYERS WILL COME WITH IT. Watch a youtube video and educate yourself so your nail will come out squeaky clean and unharmed.Pamper your naked nails after removal AND after application - cuticle oil and moisturizer - treat your hands too they just went through light trauma. Good luck!

Lots Of Colors. Gloss & Matte Top Coats
Bought this on a whim a few weeks ago, I already have a bunch of tools and materials for gel manicures at home. This kit really allowed me to be creative with colors and patterns. This is only my 1st set/design but I'm looking forward to using some of the other colors and shades.I would say, even as someone who does a lot of at home gel manicures, REGARDLESS of fumes, be sure not to have any wind blowing on your nails before curing.Definitely worth the price if you already have a UV Machine. Think about the cost of a single salon manicure vs this kit.

This batch seems old or thick
I've been trying different brands of polish so im not sure if this is typical of lower cost brands. This particular set is really thick and not self leveling. I like another brand better. Colors are awesome though and top coat is great. I really wish it was better quality because the colors are so fun.
