The quality of the board is not the greatest. We started using the markers that came with it but erasing it is hard. We have to resort to using screen cleaner or window cleaner. I'm sure there are cheaper and better options

The product is permanent when applied to a surface. I had to remove the plastic on the back surface because when I received the product I could not flatten it because it had been rolled up and would not lay flat. Also, because of the product not being flat the back plastic paper covering was coming off. The product would not adhere to my magnetic chalk board. I was under the impression that it could be removed and placed anywhere especially something like a magnetic chalk board... "no dice." Once the product I s in place it takes enormous amounts of muscle power and tugging to get it off a surface and then a glue residue remains. I attached the product to a chalk board and I can only imagine if I had attached it to a painted surface or drywall. It would have ripped off bringing paint and paper along with it. I would not recommend the product if you do not plan on leaving it in place when you move. Also once removed, placing it somewhere else is possible but the product will not adhere to the surface, so you have to figure out how you are going to make it stay. I am dissatisfied with the description and product for the price.

It's great wallpaper whiteboard, however, it's magnetic features rather poor unless it's not attached to the magnetic surface i.e. glass. The magnets stick to the surface but can't hold a piece of paper. It is also difficult to avoid bubbles when you stick it to the wall. Otherwise quite usable.

this magnetic sheet was rolled very tightly, so it was full of creases when unrolled. It was easy enough to mount on the board I had prepared for it, but it did take 2 people to mount it. I was hoping that the creases would be smoothed out as the sheet was mounted, but they stayed even with the use of a firm burnisher tool. The third issue is that the adhesive backing on the sheet is useless and did not adhere well to the clean , smooth plywood sheet I mounted it to. I had to staple all the edges. I now have a 'usable" but very disappointing magnetic whiteboard. Magnets do stick to it. I recently ordered a different brand adhesive backed magnetic whiteboard, smaller than the one I am reviewing here,. It also came rolled, and there were some creases, but they smoothed out with the burnisher, and the adhesive backing was strong and secure, so I can only say, avoid this brand, it is not good value for the money
