Highly recommend, very clean ingredients and good product.

I was taking too much ibuprofen for joint pain and also sinus swelling. I did some research and tried this — better than I imagined!! My pain is better, my head doesn’t feel like a balloon all day, I can focus and I actually have the energy to do things after work! Because of all that I can also say it’s improved my mood and overall outlook! Please never stop making this product - I’m hooked!

Pricey? Not really if you were to buy ALL the ingredients separately and take a bunch more pills!! This product is the only tumeric I can take. Grateful they dont add the black pepper so many others do. Ingredients are great for inflammation and helps pain. I also take liposomal hyaluronic acid for joints and building bone. Instructions say between meals (probably for the enzymes,1st listed ingredient. In my case, I don't need additional blood thinning so I just take it first thing, then my food to be cautious) ONE capsule TWICE a day for me. I do have to take extra quercitin (mcad)Capsules are not big like someone said. They are easy to swallow with water. Actually,considering all the ingredients, they are pretty small!!

Amazing product that works well. You have to have patience and take it for a few days / week to see improvement. Recommended by both my naturopath and women's MD.
