Tired of taking capsules and need to add Milk Thistle. Extracts - don't care for. This is delicious Too soon to see if I get any results but I'm a firm believer in natural products and since this tastes soooo good, just ordered a second bottle to have. milk thistle in tincture form
As a long time milk thistle enthusiast, I have to say I found it very interesting this item came in a tincture. It has a very slight sweet taste that can go well in most liquids. I cannot speak on the quality as I have been using the recommended dose listed on the bottle however, have not noticed much of a difference in my skin, my sleeping pattern and my energy levels. I do like that it is organic and made with European standards. May be some one else would have better results.
