I have psoriatic arthritis and a host of other problems and my joint swelling is healing up like a miracle! I get better and better every day. Saw results after 2 weeks and I was just taking it as a general health booster hoping it would help something and it really did. I have HS and it helps those cysts heal up very quickly, helps the psoriasis on my face calm down and be less red and swollen within a half hour of using it. Not much for fibro, but it still could. I do a dropper full in about an oz of water a day, or put directly on skin- never bothered me and I have super sensitive skin- it doesn't taste great, but it's tolerable. Kind of tastes chemicle-ish, like wasabi does, It's tastes like tea tree oil smells- if that makes any sense.
