The gum quality is really good and the flavor lasts a very long time. Unfortunately, the 2mg was not enough for me. I've been using the 30 mg/ml salt nic for some time and wanted to reduce my nicotine intake. I should have gotten the 4mg gum, but for reference -12 mg of nicotine per pack of Marlboro light - 0.6 mg per cig26 mg per Marlboro red - 1.3 mg per cig40 mg per American spirits - 2 mg per cigSalt Nic 30 mg/ml - (the smoktech vape pod holds 3 ml) - 90 mg per pod and I'll go through maybe half in a day. so about 45 mg per day)When you do the math it's quite a bit. I'm doing a combination of gum and less vaping and calculating the nicotine intake to reduce that amount.I will chew 1 pc and after the flavor is gone with that one, I pop in another gum. The chewing helps stave off the cravings. The nicotine tingles yours mouths and gums, which I don't like, but it's the same with chew and the pouch stuff.

I have been using these daily. Taste way better then leading brand found at drug stores.

Wow, the flavor of this gum is so amazing! I love that nicotine gum comes in flavors that taste great. I'd chew this if it were regular gum too! 2mg is fantastic since I'm not using as much nicotine these days. Helps me focus when the midday slump hits. 10/10 would recommend.

I just received my order or more of the 2mg Lucy gum Mango. It tasted different, and when I had my usual half piece, I had a terrible reaction- dizzy, disoriented, and sweaty. Did they change the formula, or mislabel a 2mg product when it was actually a higher dose? I have NEVER had that reaction from the 2 mg product. I am returning the product and am very disappointed because the product was very good the first time around

10x better than any generic product I have used (Amazon, target, Walmart, Nicolette. Far more superior than Nicolette, I just don’t really understand why the price is double generic. Other than that, despite price, far worth it when you taste and feel how awful the above mentioned products are. This by far out competes everything above, with ease.

I’ve tried several brands of nicotine gum and this one is my favorite. You have to give it few seconds to get the taste, it can be a little surprising at first. The flavor lasts a while too.

I actually returned these because of the ingredients. I was under the impression that these products had clean ingredients in them. They do not. I was glad I researched more deeply before I actually consumed any. I'm talking about the sweeteners mainly, but also talc?
