Nice air rifle
The Barra pellet gun is an impressive piece of equipment for both beginners and experienced shooters. It offers great accuracy and solid build quality, making target practice both fun and reliable. The design is sleek, and it feels sturdy in hand. For the price, the performance is exceptional-whether you're plinking in the backyard or working on your aim, this gun delivers. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quality pellet gun without breaking the bank.

Accurate, fun, and easy to use for beginners
Perfect for young boys or girls looking to target practice in a fun fast way. It really has excellent speed. Squirrel hunting is a breeze with this little eagle eye. My son shot his first squirrel using this gun and it really was a one and done and the ease of shooting and loading is a plus for young ones. Highly recommend as a first gun for those just learning and even for the older experienced. Highly accurate and lightweight.

Hard to open slide to load pellets or bbs otherwise great gun!
Kinda hard for my 8 yr old boy to open the slide to load pellets or another BB. OTHERWISE great bb gun, fun to shoot & easy to pump and looks awesome!

Looks like a real 1866 rifle
When I first got this rifle I thought it would be too heavy as I have a bad right shoulder, but to my surprise it didn't seem to bother my shoulder. The rifle is nicely built and has great features like a real rifle would have. It shoots true as far I can see and it's worth the price of the rifle. If you want to have fun or shoot at varmits that come onto your property, this would the one to have. Price on this rifle is worth it. It's easy to load and use.

Great BB/pellet rifle
Works very well. Pretty accurate and is nice that you can shoot bbs and pellets. It has a long pump arm so you get more leverage. Great for plinking and practice, I might buy another one

Inspect it good
Had two of these and got a third one but the seals or whatever wouldn’t let it build/hold air. Probably Chinese QC. But I really like BARRA Cowboy models! In time I will probably re-order a Silver Cowboy to hang with my other two Gold ones like the original plan was. I think they just need to raise the QC checks a little more frequent (?) I like these models because I shoot all year around in and out of doors in Michigan. And from 1-10 pumps, BARRA makes a good choice for doing that AND looks great on the wall. Even when I’m watching The Rifleman with Chuck Conners now at the beginning intro when he’s staring at me/the camera, he winks at me cause he sees the Barra Cowboy 1866 hanging just over my head on the wall behind my recliner….Now That’s Respect! So buy one today and shoot it for years like the box says on it,… just inspect it

I LOVE this gun...but...
I really really love this gun!! The thing feels formidable not like a plastic toy. Right straight out of the box I hit two bullseyes at 25 feet The reason it didn't receive a5 is because of the pellet loading problem. Loading a single pellet into the chamber can almost make you cuss. The pellet will fall all the way to the bb load port where it will get stuck. One thing I found that would help was to close the bolt slightly to cover the bb port so it couldn't fall thru there. That being said.... Would I recommend it? I really just don't know. In my opinion it really is a nice gun
