Sometimes planes are delayed up to 45 days due to weather. We love sour cream. 😍 So decided why not try this, as it's shelf stable, until you make a batch. It mixes right into sour cream. Literally add water and that's it. The texture is awesome. We used to have a dairy farm in VA, we know milk & creams. 😅 And this tastes almost like the sour cream I used to make back on our dairy for our customers. We've been making small batches so as not to have an abundance go bad.. I cannot speak to the shelf life of it once it's made, as we've been eating it within 7 days.
