It’s tasteless and in coffee it adds a creaminess along with the creamer, my hair is getting thicker and stronger, my fingernails are stronger and my skin looks and feels less fragile. So far so good. The "Unflavored" still has a slight flavor but I usually mix with my Liquid IV so then I can't taste anything at all. I don't think it dissolves great in cold water it just clumps up around my straw. Ambient temp water is ok but I feel like I am mixing for a while and I still feel like it doesn't dissolve 100%. I use just a little bit of hot water mix well and then add my cold water and ice with liquid IV. I've been using this for over a month now and I do think it's helped my skin a lot more.

I did not want to carry my big tub around on holiday so this was a great idea. I would not get the sachets unless it was for travel . The tubs are better for at home.
