What is the per centage of peroxide

Hydrogen Peroxide 9.5%. Compare to 10% for {Professional Effects, Vivid, 1 Hour Express}; total amount of peroxide on each strip also matters.

Can you drink coffee while doing this? Or do you have to give up the yummy caffeine?

I'm afraid it's a bad idea to drink coffee while using the whitestrips. I for instance only use them once a week, but as I can't and don't want to give up coffee, I always brush my teeth right after I've had my last sip (literally!).

This is very individual dependent, but my wife and I did these prior to our wedding and I never went over the recommended time, whereas my wife would routinely go 20 min over. I never had any pain or discomfort; she would frequently mention sensitivity to hot/cold food. That said, her teeth sensitivity went away a week after finishing them.

Must I use all of the pouches in order to see results? Or may I use a few and share the rest with someone else?

I saw results in my teeth after 3 days and even more after a week. If you're happy with your results after a week then you could definitely share.

I have used a different brand in the past, & their strips were much easier to get to stay in place on your teeth. These do whiten, however.

164 shades lighter in two years. Dentist told me to DISREGARD the one kit per year and stop using for a while if my teeth become really sensitive. After pounds of weed and diet soda for years I got a lot of stains. My dentist told me last month that my teeth look great and healthy. I have never had a cavity.
