Great quality toys, very well made. First got this for my child at 18 months when they loved holding the little bag, and they’re still playing with it regularly 6 months later pretending to go to the shop.

Bought this for my almost 7 month old as a Christmas present and wow it is way better than I thought. All items are soft toys, one has a bell inside, one has crinkly leaves on it, overall it is such a good experience for baby. This toy grows with baby, as they get older they will be able to do different things with it, at this stage my little one will enjoy the Sensory experience of the soft toy, later she will get to enjoy dumping all the toys from the bag and putting them back and later she will be able to practice pretend play e.g going shopping. Amazing!!

The item is good apart from the carrot. There is 2 plastic spikey bits sticking out either side of them. I have tried pulling them with a tweezers and they are stuck in. If my 5 month old put that in her mouth it would really really hurt her. For this I do not recommend this product

My son (1.5 years) absolutely loves this toy! Possibly the favourite out of all his Christmas toys this year. I love how all the different objects make different noises too. Well worth the money

First, I will say our youngest son grew up with several of Melissa & Doug sets & toys. HE chose them evey time! So we knew. I had no qualms of the quality of this set that I was about to puchase... Elaborating more; We'd purchased this multi'sensory basket set with other age appropriate large plastic fruits, plus there was another age appropriate set for the baby too. She had been walking for 2-3 months. We wanted to buy a safe shopping cart that would work to play grocery shopping safely, & got her a Radio Flyer Height Adjustable Interactive Shopping Cart, with plastic-shaped grocery items that interactively would ring up with a voice that asks the question, 'Did you bring your own bag today?', maybe prices? when scanned, suitable for a 12-18 mo+ growing toddler AND her 3 yr old brother who is always anxious to play; together, yet still under supervision of course. Mom put it all together while we watched. The kids were playing with the items even before they were even aware of the interactive capabilities. We thought that it was a hit already, then their Mom sent us pictures & a video after we'd left of the kids playing with the groceries & scanning. I'd say it was a hit... Thank you.

Hahaland: I wouldn't call these top-notch; but they're still cute. The "peelable" items are a bit wonky, and the top layer feels rather cheap... We will see how these hold up to time. The little embroidered faces are cute; but have loose threads here and there. Tags, tags, everywhere! I will have some trimming to do. Also, as others have said, the baskets are quite small. Plush: banana, pineapple, apple, strawberry, orange, carrot, broccoli, avocado. Crinkles: corn. Rattles: watermelon, red pepper, pumpkin. June Garden: Realistic enough, and feels like decent quality. I can see these lasting a long time. Doesn't have tags to trim off of every single item, which is appreciated. Just plush -- no crinkles or rattles. Melissa & Doug: Cute, simple designs. As pictured, the groceries have cute little embroidered faces. Only the lettuce has a tag that I will need to trim. Feels like decent quality, overall. Rattles: milk, tomato. Crinkles: lettuce. Squeaks: carrot. I think this trio will be very beneficial for both independent play; as well as teaching names and colours as our little one gets older.

I got this set for my babies first Christmas (8months old) & she LOVES it! The items are all soft and amazing quality. The perfect size for little hands. Two of the items make a rattle noise and one of them can squeak. The perfect gift for any little in your life , 100% recommend, fun for kids & the adults! The market bag makes for perfect storage and easy to keep/put together
