Fluxx Zap-A-Card Promo Game Card (Action) Works with All Games!

The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's not pre-cut. It recommends cutting it out, but you might be able to just tear it out. I didn't try because I didn't want the perforated edge to be a way to tell which card was being drawn. You have to be careful to cut just enough edge off. I've wondered if it would have been possible to tear it out and then file the bumps off with a nail file.

the Promo cards are not cut like regular cards, I can't imagine using it in an actual deck. You have to cut/tear off the places that are binding it to another sheet of material - I don't understand why they would do this. The card description is cool, but I'd want it on a real card.

This card is a promo for the game Aquarius by the makers of fluxx, like most promos it comes attatched to a postcard sized ad for the game it is based on, but my seller has cut that part of the promo away so it fits in a nice small envelope to ship. All without mentioning this in the description, I wonder why? If you plan to play this card you should have no issues but if you collect fluxx promo cards avoid this one.
