Great Customer Service
Great customer service! I had an issue with the crank. I emailed pi turrs and they sent a new winch within days.

Strong straps weak cranking lever
Lever doesn't crank anymore, it slips. Winched the boat up after one trip and it gave out. Rated for 3500lbs. Maybe the straps are strong enough for 3500lbs but the lever mechanism is definitely not beefed up enough for the weight rating

Great winch for the price
My husband really likes this winch. It’s sturdy, smooth, and easy to use. Makes loading and unloading the boat a lot easier. Great value for the quality — definitely recommend!
