It's perfect

I don't leave reviews usually unless it's bad and I need to stop doing that. You might pay more for this item but it is well worth it. After reading a few reviews on other similar items not made in Japan and seeing pictures. I knew I wanted something that would last me a lifetime. This is it.

Essential for sushi making

I really upped my sushi game with this and am enjoying the ritual of preparing everything from start to finish. I read somewhere that you’re supposed to use this bowl because it soaks up some of the moisture from the rice. It does its job well. My rolls turned out great.
