Can anyone tell me the overall weight and dimensions of the box? I have to see if I can take this on a palne with me.

The dimensions of the box is 48.43in x 28.74 x 8.07in. The overall weight is 54.9lb.

Are they easilly removable? (IE lift off the hinges) I have a narrow enclosed trailer and need to be able to take the drivers side door off easily .

No. You would have to unbolt the door from the RZR. Not horrible but it would take some time to unbolt and then reattach.
