This are meant to be worn with pads (if that's what you use) but they are great for those just Incase I start days or just Incase it's not fully over days or for I want extra protection kinda day with out having to worry about staining through clothes true to size and fit perfectly they seem to be lasting quite a bit they don't shrink in washer so that's a good thing over all worth the money I paid for. Definitely be buying more when needed
