Is this table safe for children learning to pull up?

You can have it for a young toddler if you do not setup the legs, it would tumble over other wise. The table can be flat for younger toddlers and I would say it would be better for 2 years and up.

Can you use leap frog blocks on this table?

The Table is only compatible with MEGA Bloks.

Do more blocks fit inside the table other than what it comes with? I am debating buying additional blocks, but only if I can store them in the table.

There is space inside the table that allows for storing blocks; however it wouldn’t be big enough to store a whole mega set. I store what I can in the table and then I’ve kept the bag the mega blocks come in to store the rest. There really isn’t enough blocks that come in this table set to really enjoy building, unfortunately. I felt getting another set was a must. Basically what you pay for is the table.

Would this be suitable for a gift for a 4 year old daughter?

Yes definitely. I bought it for my daughter when she was 3. She still plays with it at 5 years old.
