DON’T DO IT!
I took my first dose before bed like the directions said and I was so sick the next morning that I couldn’t go to work. The only other time I felt pain in my stomach this bad was when I was in labor with my son.Not worth it at all. Just make a kale and flax smoothie instead.

Great detox item
This stuff works for a good detox. I suggest you use this if you are going to be home a few days. It does kind of makes your stomach hurt a little. It cleans you out though. Never felt lighter in my life. I feel better all around using this product.

If you have a sensitive stomach I suggest you take only capsule because this really does start the cleanse for me it was within 6 hours, so yes it does work and I honestly feel less sluggish than I was

I love this Detox & Cleanse 15 Day Quick Cleanse. It's nice to only have to take the two capsules before bed. Other detox programs require taking the capsules throughout the day. I think this one works better when it is allowed to work at night. Excellent product! Will buy again! I highly recommend to anyone else looking for a detox regimen. Thanks!!!

I hated these pills
I hated these pills. I took them for about a week and had bloody stool. Threw them in the trash right away. DO NOT BUY THESE!
