Not too hard to boards but it does not stick to the boards. It bubbles up and literally, when hanging on the wall, the sticker falls/rolls down the boards. And... the money back guarantee.... yeah, that's BS because the return window on Amazon is 30 days. They are in their late 20's. I had been told by my sister to look online for the decals. Her sons like to hunt, so she ordered one with a deer head and flag on it and one with eagles. I chose the fireworks and eagle with the American Flag. It was beautiful! I was concerned about putting it on the board and having bubbles show up, but it was extremely easy to place on the board and no bubbles. I also ordered the light ring for the board, I got the one that changes colors and as you can see they turned out perfect. I am anxious to see how the guys will like them.
