It legitimately tastes like its actually a cereal and its main purpose is for tortillas lol. I would add it into smoothies as well and make my own protein shakes with this being the carbs part. Tell you what, buy both. Buy this and try the Maseca, just to see the astonishing difference. You dont know until you know. This is premium compared to that. Maseca is dust compared to this.
