If you received them in this condition, I suggest you call Amazon’s customer service number (888-280-4331). They have been very helpful when I called them with issues. In future, even if your walnuts are fresh when received, it is best to keep them in the freezer because they will keep much longer that way. I eat them right out of the freezer because they do not get hard and have a nice texture. **Q: This was advertised as a Prime same day delivery>!>!>** A: When I ordered mine, it took a few days because I don't use Prime. But if they offered this, I am sure you can get it the same day. **Q: All nuts are naturally GF.
