Good blend but a bit on the salty side, you can probably add a little sugar or acid to balance out the saltiness.

I really like this sausage seasoning. It turns out great every time. If you have some cheese you can add, it makes them even better. You could just do "fresh" sausage, but I add cure and smoke it in a smoker. They are very popular with my friends at gatherings.

Used this for the first time. Our sausage came out great. Has just the right amount of spice for us. Would definetly recommend and I wil be using it again next year!

Love the flavor
Love the flavor of this seasoning kit, but if you're not adding any other seasonings and you're just using this bag, do 15 to 20 pounds instead of the 25 advertised otherwise it'll lack a little flavor. Just make sure to adjust curing salt amount according to weight of meat. Can't beat the price and convenience though. Will be purchasing again.
