They haven't loosened nor have I broken through anywhere on the coating; though a thorn did penetrate at one point slightly, no hole was created. Oh, and I forgot to mention before: they are super soft inside. I just love them and might buy more to have on hand on the sad (and presumably distant) day this pair bites the dust.Original Review: The gloves have just arrived, and I write this review with them on to test maneuverability--so far excellent! I didn't expect much of these gloves just based on the price, but while I have yet to stick them in the dirt they are quite impressive based on initial inspection: the fit is great (I have medium-boned hands but with little flesh, so small is my size girth-wise but it's hard to find them with fingers actually long enough and these are pretty spot-on!), they are comfortable, move well and appear to have a substantial, secure coating and solid weave. I especially appreciate that they are constructed primarily from natural/biodegradable materials (latex coating, bamboo fabric with 15% spandex)--as long as they don't fall apart once I start putting them to work (in which case I will revise this review).
