Crazy sour flavor,can feel the effect during the workout though

This is not the first time i order this product, usually it was one of my favorite pre workouts, especially as most pre workouts tasted bad, this one didn't. But on my last order idk if they changed something in the formula or if the one i got had a defect or something but it tastes chalky and bitter :/

Don't buy this product.. I got it last week without expiry date, I didn't notice until I used it and it's made me sick.. this is not ethical and not acceptable at all

I’ve ordered from body building.com usually and this tastes great. This time I thought I’d save money on the shipping but I wish I’d have bought direct as this tastes awful really bitter and I wonder if this is a fake

This flavor is the best so far. The rainbow sherbet is extremely sweet. The black cherry taste exactly like black cherry so only if you know you like that flavor. This one is not too sweet and works great. It is slow release so you’ll keep your energy for a while. It also doesn’t give me a rapid heart beat like the others I’ve tried and the slow release means if you take it right before you walk in the gym it might not kick in until halfway through your workout. We did that the first time. Read the directions like we didn’t. My niece likes this one too. Wish it came in a larger bottle.

Taste good, been using it for for years

Been using Jym Supps for at least 12 years. Was there for all the drama with bb.com and I still swear by his products. Dr. Jim is the reason the supplement industry took a change for the better with getting rid of "Proprietary Blends" and actually telling you what is in your supplements. I am a forever customer. Bonus tip: The Black Cherry flavor tastes like the cherry tootsie pops, if anyone else was wondering!

I have always been a fan of Jym products because of the transparency and efficacy of the ingredients. I know that the ingredients are backed up by more than just bro science. A lot of other brands will include important ingredients but they will be in proprietary blends or not at a sufficient dosage. Efficacy: 6g of citrulline malate is the gold standard for pump. It contains 2g of beta alanine (In clinical trials, supplementing with 1.6 grams of beta-alanine has been shown to increase levels of carnosine in muscles), plenty of caffeine for focus. 6g BCAAs is great (it’s an expensive ingredient and why it’s more expensive than some other pre workouts). Taste: The rainbow sherbet > strawberry pineapple >> grape. Some people have complained about the taste likely due to the fact it contains BCAAs, which can taste like soap when formulated poorly. The taste is really good in my opinion, especially knowing how much BCAAs are in it ** (the grape flavor doesn’t taste very good).
