Perfect Baking Dish
I have made cobblers, scalloped potatoes, Au Gratin potatoes, and several Shepherd's Pies in this dish. It is a multi-use dish and I just love it. It is a heavy ceramic dish. Like a ramekin but bigger. Best of all, dishwasher safe. I have found a good rinse before the dishwasher cleans it best. If not, there is a kind of brown ring around the top of the lip of the dish. Would I buy it again? Yes. If this one breaks, I will buy another. Buy with confidence.

Was totally expecting for it to arrive shattered in a billion pieces, but arrive without so much as a chip. Arrived so beautifully, I no longer feel bad about accidentally shattering my mothers original one
