My son that's on the extreme spectrum of autism loves these chewies. Not thin but not too thick like some. Very durable.

Not his favorite, but he uses it from time to time
So my son is in the Oral Fixation stage of development and I can say he can careless about these teethers. There are days were he gravitates to them and has one or two and trys to stuff the teethers in his mouth, and then he just throws them on the ground and walks away. I give these a four because I know it works, it is just the texture and size may not be the best for My Son. However, it may work for other children.

My ASD 3 yr old loves these so much, I've bought 3 packs and just keep some in every room of the house. Solid silicone, not hollow like the others. Great price. By far, the best on the market and highly highly recommended

Wish it were more sturdy
These are the only teethers my 4 year old son with ASD will use with any consistency. Unfortunately, he can bite pieces of it off. I wish they were a little tougher and could hold up to his strong chewing.
