Review: I have bought this air line several times now, and been happy with it each time. It is nice and flexible, but is pretty good at staying on fixtures. Over time, it does tend to occasionally slip off of the smooth tapered barbs on those cheap plastic check valves, but never has come off the ridged stainless barbs on the valve assemblies. I'm sure that if I roughed up the barbs on the check valves with a little emery cloth they would stop slipping off. Other than that, I have tried a few different colors for air line tubing (greenish, blue, clear), and come back to this black tubing because it does not harden, does not seem to attract algae, and the dark color tends to disappear in the tank better than the others.

I have bought this air line several times now, and been happy with it each time. It is nice and flexible, but is pretty good at staying on fixtures. Over time, it does tend to occasionally slip off of the smooth tapered barbs on those cheap plastic check valves, but never has come off the ridged stainless barbs on the valve assemblies.
