Carlyle Reishi Mushroom Capsules | 300 Count

I've been looking at a product called 'moon brew' they listed this supplement for brain fog. I've been taking this for several months and yes, brain fog is mostly gone, I can focus better but it doesn't stop it all but I'll take it. So far, I'm taking two Carlyle supplements and I'm impressed with the quality and how affective they are. Definitely worth the price. I'm keeping this and their Black Cohosh in my cubbard.

Good product. I take this at night and it does not bother my sleep. Very good immune system boost, very happy with it. I went through ankle surgery, wanted to speed up healing so taking this for a while. Does the job! Feel more energized and coping with the stress well.

Decent price, helps multiple health issues, great strength

This has been an incredible product for me. It has an energizing effect on my thought patterns without leaving me scattered like coffee can. I have calmed down my whole being with just half the recommended dose. I had some very mild nausea the fist few days but it went away. I have stopped binge eating with this and can make clear decisions quickly without second guessing myself. I guess I have the right brain and body chemistry for this particular mushroom. Life changing. I can feel my joy and creativity returning.

Ok, so toward the end of my deployment and for the rest of my life afterward, to say I have had experienced difficulty sleeping would be an large understatement. I have tried dozens of products, herbs, sleep aids, etc. to achieve some kind of normalcy again for sleeping, some worked for awhile, some did nothing, but eventually they all didn't achieve much for me. Before, sometimes it could take hours to go sleep (if at all) or I'd go to sleep and wake up tired, what I call 'half sleep' where your brain feels awake even though you're supposed to be asleep, and (though not always) this could be a nightly occurrence until my brain was so exhausted that I absolutely had to go to sleep, and even then it wasn't always easy and this had gone on for 9 years now. I've been using this supplement once daily for almost two months now and this has kind of given me my life back, my sleep is much deeper and my dreams are much more vivid, I feel much better rested when I wake up, I'm not super groggy when I wake up (though sometimes there's a bit of that) and I can regularly go to sleep much easier than before. Anyway to end the thought, I'm two months in and I still feel the full effect when I take it and with no signs of tolerance gain. I can sleep on a regular basis without being/feeling sedated and I would recommend this to anyone who can safely take it.
