**Q: Can I get a replacement remote control for these**
A: I have not attempted to replace the remote to these candles or my under-cabinet lights, but a quick Google of "universal remote for led candles" brought up several responses.  The prices were reasonable, so my option would be that it might be worth looking into.

**Q: Do the candles measure 3, 5, and 6 or does the glass?**
A: Actually it is 4, 5, & 6 inches. Love them!

**Q: Can someone tell me how to reset the timers since mine come on by themselves all the time?**
A: Turn them off manually or remotely and the timer will be reset, thanks!

**Q: Do these operate without remote**
A: Yes they operate without a remote. You have to turn them on from the bottom if you want to use them. I find the remote is wonderful I have mine in my fireplace. I ordered three sets and love the fact that a push of the remote lights them up and I also like the fact that they have a button on the remote that you can chose a time in hours when to have them go off on their own.
