I got an extra small because I knew that it would stretch out just a little bit overtime so I would recommend sizing down because it is stretchy and adjustable and your waist will shrink over time. It is so comfortable. I am honestly shocked at how good this waist trainer is I will definitely continue to wear it everyday!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🔥🔥BEST WAIST TRAINER🔥🔥 *by on Reviewed in the United States October 4, 2026* Stop searching, this is the absolute best waist trainer the zon sells period. I ordered so many styles and sizes and this was the best, the waist snatching, true to size fit and back support are amazing . Don’t waste your time and money on the others, they do not compare in the slightest. I need to give props to the personal trainer whose review I read that says she recommends this to all her clients, I immediately ordered it after reading her review and she was 100% correct! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Compression! But know your SIZE! *by on Reviewed in the United States September 20, 2026* I am 5’1”, 150 lbs, and ordered a SMALL! Why did I do that knowing good and well I have all this tummy I’m trying to lose? LOL! After reading several reviews, I felt like a Small would be the best fit. I now realize I definitely need a Medium until this waistline shrinks.First, I was happy to receive a brand-new one, especially since a few reviewers mentioned receiving items that appeared to have been used.As far as quality, it appears to be top-tier based on my first wear. The Velcro is VERY secure. It actually took a little extra strength to pull it apart. It also gives me a noticeable posture boost, which I love since I sit at a desk all day.One thing to be aware of: make sure you properly align the male and female sides of the Velcro. If you don’t, the rough side WILL scratch you, and it is definitely not comfortable! The material feels good against my skin and has a nice amount of stretch. Since I just received it, I can’t speak yet on how well it absorbs sweat or how easy it will be to properly clean once it has been through a few sweaty workouts.Overall, it does appear to be true to size. However, if you carry more weight around your midsection or have a protruding belly like I currently do, I would recommend considering a size up for a more comfortable fit.I’m going to order the Medium and wear that until I lose this weight again. Then I’ll have my Small ready and waiting for me! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/432447240-waist-trainer-for-women-corset-tummy-control-faja-body-shaper](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/432447240-waist-trainer-for-women-corset-tummy-control-faja-body-shaper) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
