I feel like I am getting restive sleep
It seems to be working with my sleep concerns ! I have suffered with disruptive sleep for over 20 years. I have had 3 sleep studies, seen ENT's , endocrinologist and testing. I thought since this was more natural than sleep aids and helps with other concerns I would try it.

I have used this brand for a while and m happy with the results. However, the last order had several empty capsules, so I switched to another brand. I don’t care for the other brand and not sure what I will try next, because I’m not paying for empty capsules.

A good supplement
I was drawn to the popularity of magnesium glycinate as a health supplement. After some exploration and comparison, I decided to try this product/brand. There are some many choices to consider and to be truthful the beautiful package design together with its detailed description had won me over. The capsules are light and very easy to swallow. As to the benefits of taking magnesium glycinate, I have noticed two particular effects. The effect on sleeping: I am a light sleeper for as far as I can remember but lately, I have experienced deep sleep that is truly relaxing. The effect on blood pressure: I have been tracking my blood pressure measurement several times a day and I have noticed that the measurements, on average, have been lower with less variations. If I want to be rigorous - analyze the results statistically - I could perform a null hypothesis for a t-test, but I choose to pass on this exercise. It is interesting to see what other benefits I may see down the road
