This bamboo diaper absorbent core is from Japan sumitomo which is the best SAP company in the world. And we make it in China because of the top bamboo material.

At least a large if not an extra large. It depends on weight. My LO is in a large at 25lbs.

Yes, there is a yellow indicator line on the front of the diaper that changes blue when wet. I find it to be very sensitive though and follow changing on a time schedule instead.
