EDIT: Owned both, the only real difference is the Windows key has a recessed circle on it (which I prefer, makes it easier to feel out from the Alt and Ctrl). The cord on the biz model is slightly longer and heavier, key labels brighter, more robust and set in corner for better wear on biz model, the "windows" key is embossed with a circle, the keyboard bezel labels/marks vary subtly and in my opinion the biz model feels better- slightly heavier.  I ordered one of these because the part number matches the biz model. I've owned 5 of these, the consumer version cable won't last as long as the business, I work with the KB in my lap, there's a design flaw which will result in eventual failure if the keyboard endures constant movement as mine do.  Internally the shielded cable is bent to 180 degrees before it exits the case which stresses mesh shield braid before it leaves the case. With regular movement the cable can't help but fail after a period of about 24 months. Not an issue for most desktop users though.

Will this keyboard work on a Mac?

I use this keyboard on my MACBOOK and can remap keys so they are in similar layout as the standard MAC keyboard.  I find this very usable.  I use a USB switcher so I can share the keyboard with MAC and Windows desktop.  The switching works fine and the remap happens without any issues.  Pretty pleased with how it all works.

Does it include the cushion of the last picture?

I can't see the picture, but it has a very nice cushion for the wrists.  I'm a fast touch typist, and this is a superior keyboard.  Highly recommended.

Can someone please tell me what the buttons 1-5 are for at the top center?
