US plug, UK delivery, but excellent product otherwise
This was supplied with a US plug but I’m in the UK so had to purchase a separate transformer. The product is excellent and easy to set up apart from this.

Port failures after only months of use.
Its worked for a few months, then I started to get unreliable connects. Changing the port would help fix. Then ports failed permanently and would not work. Now I have only port 5 that connects. Not much of a switch that cannot connect two or more devices.
