Ok. When I opened the bottle several days ago ago, a smell that I can only akin to a dead fish fart escaped into the air… of course I immediately googled this, like everybody else would, and found that this smell is quite common for this supplement…with that said….I take this in the evening and I sleep like the dead at night, wake up ready to get the day going, and I feel like It is supporting my glp-1 jabs because I do not feel hungry, energy is increased and negative brain noise is turned down. I feel like this supplement has been the missing piece to pull my full stack together… and It had very high ratings on my SuppCo app 👌 at this price, I’ll take It everyday 🙌🏻🙌🏻 And I should add that I do not taste the fishy fart taste in burps or on my breath… bonus!

Excellent for digestive support
This is my go to digestive support. I take 2-3 when ever I feel like I need extra help digesting my food. You could take one with each meal. What I love is that going to the bathroom is soooo much easier when I take this daily. It really helps with constipation. So I don’t have to take cascara segrada or senna.
