These work and give me what I need to recover so I m happy , they are as big as the iron pills you take for prenatals. They are a bit big , the first batch came crushed and was gross but they made it right. It has a similar smell and taste to an iron supplement or pill.

Help with hair and nail growth
This helped my hair and nails grow better postpartum while breastfeeding than contuing the regular prenatal vitamin did. I love the individual packaging. All of their vitamins should be packaged like this!

Easy to take
I love these vitamins. I take them before bed and have no issues with upset tummy. I feel comfortable knowing I’m getting all the vitamins I need to support me postpartum and breastfeeding.

No complaints
So far these have been great. The pills aren’t overly huge and there isn’t any weird after taste. I also haven’t noticed any upset stomach from taking them. I can’t say if it’s only because of these pills or a combination of factors, but my milk supply has increased lately as well.

Does the job but I haven’t seen any change with my hair loss
These vitamins do the job and keep me nourished postpartum. I don’t really know of any postnatal vitamin that helps with hair loss, but I will say this hasn’t really impacted my hair loss from what I can tell
