Good replacement.
Used this to place the battery in a friends Voyager PRO HD battery that had seen the end of it's life cycle. Whilst this battery is physically smaller than the original battery, it's rated the same and has worked fine for this repair. This was a fairly easy fix for me to do. I used a dental pick to break open the glued case to get to the internals. The hardest thing to do with this repair was rocking the circuit board out of the plastic shell. You need to slowly angle it out to get the USB charge port out of the hole in the case for it. There was sticky foam that held the battery to the wires going to the speaker. Carefully peel the foam off and remove the battery from the wires. Desolder the - and + wires to the battery (see second picture). Solder new battery on, bunch it with the wires and foam and slip it back in to the case. To reinstall the circuit board once the battery has been replaced, rotate it back in, aiming to get the USB port back into the hole. I then used superglue on 4 points on each side to glue it back together. Superglue will react to the plastic, causing it to turn white but should still hold it together fine for this. I was careful not to use too much to avoid seeing this in the seam as much as possible.I saw some videos regarding this repair on YouTube and for the most part, they damaged the case pretty well. Slowly working the dental pick around the seam, I was able to do this repair with virtually no indication that it was ever done. The last picture is the repair complete. You can see in the seam the areas where I used the glue but other than that, it looks great and works fine.

Deceiving!
This was not what I expected and not the same battery that is in the unit and this battery requires soldering?

Great product! Wonderful battery life.
My Avaya wireless headset wasn’t cheap. When the battery started failing I was so glad I stumbled upon this replacement battery. I’m not into soldering, so I clipped the old battery wires with some length and twisted the new battery wire to the old one, then I used a heat shrink wire wrap to secure it. Worked like a charm, and I can use my headset for my whole work shift without worrying about it dying.

Solder Iron Required
Works perfectly, for a great price. It does require a bit of know how to install. I cut off the previous battery and had to solder the replacement. So it does require know how and proper equipment.

Must be able to solder, but good size and battery life
This was a tiny bit larger than the original, but fit okay in my Plantronics Savi. If you buy this, you need be okay soldering as there isn’t really another way.

incredibly, I replaced the battery
I'm trying to fix stuff rather than buying new stuff. It took me half a hour to replace the battery. I'm not sure it was worth it.
