It works for me. My knee measures 18.5 inches around the knee cap and this sleeve goes on nicely and stays in place. I stand on my feet all day at work and this sleeve has helped the way that any knee sleeve is meant to help the knee.

Good support after 3X week for 4 months immersed in water

This is the only knee support that I have found that is comfortable, if leg is kept straight. It tends to bunch up in back if knee is bent. If kept on for a long period of time, you leg starts to sweat. It is slightly tight, but not too bad. My knee problems is needle like pain in the sides of my knees and I tend to have better luck when I put a roll on ice medication, rest, and a few exercises that strengthens the muscles around the knee. The knee support tends to make my knee weaker and experience more paid after I take it off.

I have a 15.5" knee measurement so i bought a large because I wanted the warmth neoprene provides without being too tight. I like that this knee sleeve is shaped somewhat like an hourglass, but while the Large more than fit my knee and thigh, the knee portion was actually a little too loose, the calf end of the sleeve is way too small and tight. The diameter is very small and designed for someone with small calves. I'm 5' 8" and have relatively muscular calves, so the bottom end of the sleeve cut into my calf muscle way too much. I ended up exchanging the Large for an X-Large and that fit my thigh a little better (looser), but the knee portion is now too big and baggy, and the calf end is still too tight. After only an hour of wearing the sleeve, i have dark red lines where the bottom of the sleeve digs into my calf. I wish they would shape the sleeve with a larger calf opening.

This is the best knee stabilizer I have ever used. Buy it big, is my only advice. I bought a size larger than indicated, which is certainly not the seller's fault. It is long, so it compresses a fair amount of leg, above and below the knee. It doesn't pinch. You can throw it in the washer and dryer with no negative side effects.

This fabric brace bunches up and slides down my leg. The fabric bunching makes it difficult to bend my knee (too much material behind the knee), which I already difficult to do given my arthritis,

My biggest concern was buying the proper size sleeve. Following the manufacturer’s instructions I measured the circumference of my knee, ordered the recommended size; it fits perfectly! Google construction. No raised seams. Comfortable.

I am absolutely delighted with the Mcdavid Knee Support I purchased from Amazon. It fits perfectly and supports my knee which is waiting to be replaced. I walked with ease today safe in the knowledge that I was wearing this knee support. I put it on at 8.30am and wore it until 7pm this evening and it didn't slip once. I love it! I will certainly be ordering another one to wear on my other leg which has had a knee replacement. I would certainly recommend this for other sufferers of knee arthritis. When ordering make sure you measure your knee - I took the measurements in the middle of my knee whilst sitting and standing and the size I ordered has been perfect for me.

J'ai acheté ce produit car je fais de l'arthrose et marcher était très difficile (oui vous avez bien lu 'était'). Je peux marcher facilement avec beaucoup moins de douleurs. Le seul inconvénient c'est que le néoprène ça ne respire pas. Mais j'adore! Pour les mesures, vérifier auprès du site de McDavid.
