Excellent construction - well made neoprene support for knees - and for swimming. I wasn't sure about the swimming as the description did not mention swimming, but neoprene supports work for swimming, and this did also. I have used it more than five times. Fits very well and unlike others advertised, this has a measurement guide and their grid is accurate, so use it. I ordered a large for a 15 .5 knee measurement and it fits perfectly. It dries easily and keeps it's form. This is a basic grade knee support - no straps and not for heavy injury, but it helped me and I recommend it for anyone starting to get twinges or such in their knees- probably will try it for golf next. Doesn't cure anything but gives an extra measure of support. It also does not slide off in water if you order the correct size.

I dislocated my patella and have knee pain, and this knee sleeve has been a huge help. It’s comfortable, fits well, and gives me the support I need.I can wear it for hours without it bothering me, even when I’m moving around a lot. It keeps my knee feeling stable and warm, which eases my pain. The material is breathable, so it doesn’t get too hot or sweaty. I’m happy with how much relief I get from this sleeve.

Summary: Great for swimming and cold weather. Could find an alternative for warmer weather and running.I mostly got this for swimming, which it's amazing for. Absolutely solved my problem (helped prevent lateral movement and insulated my knee from the cold water). Not only did it allow me to continue swimming, but I was able to get to the point where I no longer needed it.This is my main knee brace, which I also use 4 days a week for outdoors workouts that are very dynamic (mostly bootcamp style).Despite the abuse I've put it through (chlorinated water and tough workouts, including knees dragging on ground), it's still in great condition. I absolutely recommend this.

My knee was hurting from consistant kneeling at work. I stopped kneeling so much, bought this, and wore it for a couple weeks. No more issues with my knee. Did not have an issue with it slipping off but my knee would get very sweaty.

At first, donning the brace felt fantastic. The neoprene keeps the knee warm (you will sweat underneath, which is a good thing). It provides just the right amount of compression for recovery and healing. The length is also very good (although it could be considerably longer to include the bottom of the quad and calf).However, the seam sewn at the edge overlaps where the vertical seam on the front of the brace folds under the horizontal edge at the bottom, and this causes a severe friction/pressure point. It is so bad that I wore a hole in my calf that began to bleed (like a blister of sorts). I avoid this rubbing by folding the end of the brace up (like the bottom of blue jeans), which keeps that seam from touching my skin.My other gripe is that the brace stretched out a tad bit after the first use. It is still quite serviceable, but it provides a different compression level after the first wear (I wore mine for several hours on first use).Otherwise, this is a very good compression brace for the money and should provide several weeks of use. You may never need to replace it, just be cognizant of the seams and the potential discomfort there.

Great for martial arts/ tumbling sports/ mogul skiing for extra support and injury prevention. Keeps knees warm and supported. Minor impact protection for the knee cap and does not impede movement very much. I have gone through several pairs of these and they last about 1+ year of heavy use before they start to split or fail, usually near the seams. Totally reasonable for expected use/ lifetime. I wash mine out in the shower with mild soap/ shampoo and hang dry. Good to have 2 pairs so that one pair can dry completely while the other is available for use if you use them a lot.

I teach swim lessons and have osteoarthritis in my left knee. I wear this neoprene brace while swimming and teaching lessons and it has worked very well. It gives me added stability and never slips down or out of place. It is tight at the bottom, but that keeps it from sliding off. I wear it several times a week so it has faded to a lighter grey but still does its job.
