DIRECTIONS:  1) Clean and dry skin2) Carefully remove gems from film and apply to clean dry skin. STORING & RE-USING: Carefully remove gems and apply it back on the original film. TIP: If it's not sticking to the film or to your skin, clean the back of the gems with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol and apply non-toxic adhesive such as eyelash adhesive

    Easy to use, long staying power

These have an adhesive so you can put them on clean skin alone.  I used a base adhesive for extra stick.  Did not come off after 6 hours of wear and they felt like they'd stay on a lot longer if you put them on dry, clean skin.
