I think this is my first time leaving a review on Amazon, it’s the first time I was that impressed with something. What started as occasional leg cramps eventually got to the point of excruciating leg cramps every single evening/night. The least little stretch of my leg would trigger it. It would sometimes wake me up from a deep sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night on Christmas Eve in tears it hurt so much. I had already been using these pills for a little while, taking 1 twice a day (2 total). I read the instructions again which said to up the number per day until it helps (up to 9 per day). So after Christmas I started taking 2 pills twice a day (4 total). It’s now about 6 weeks later and I haven’t had a single leg cramp (that I’m aware of anyway, nothing has woke me up). I’m amazed and sorry I didn’t reread the instructions sooner. I had tried several different magnesium supplements over that last couple years and this one is the best, most effective, by a long shot and I won’t being trying any others anymore!

This worked so well for my Aunt who had terrible leg cramps that she told me about it when I started have bad leg cramps. This is the only leg cramp supplement that has got rid of my leg cramps totally! I only need to take one a day but you can take more to adjust what works best. I religiously take every day and will not stop in fear of the cramps returning. So relieved I found something that works! Highly recommend

This product really works!!! I started using it three days ago and the two first days I still had cramps but not too bad. Yesterday was the third day taking it and I didn't have any cramps. Thank God and these pills that really worked. Well, I want you to know that the first two days I only took one pill but the third day I took two pills. I'm going to take the two pills for the rest of this week and then go back to take just one pill to see what is going to happen. I hope this will continue working. It is a pain in the neck to wake up many times at night because those terrible cramps.
