Wonderful!
This is a really great little outdoor house and very easy to assemble!! It is quality made, the roof even has a shingle texture to prevent water and weathering. The sides do not have a draft nor does the top. The top has hinges and a slow close hinge to hold it up. There are small holes in the back for ventilation. The front flaps are made of a sturdy rubber/plastic material that isn't cheap, but very durable! The bottom does have small gaps between the wood pieces. I put a piece of cardboard down to prevent draft come winter time. You could also use a piece of vinyl flooring for a more durable option that's washable to prevent draft. I like that they added a front door hood that protects the inside from rain and weather. It is also made with the same shingle material. :) I'm throwing in a fluffy pillow and blanket and they should be set come winter! I bought this for a friend's outdoor cats. This would be great for cats, small dogs, poultry, bunnies, maybe turtles with a ramp? Great buy and would definitely recommend. I'm super happy with my purchase!!

Good shelter for outside cat.
I think this is going to be very nice for my outside cat. It's pretty sturdy, no problem there and it's roomy enough for two (not huge) cats who get along well. It is very easy assemble. Took me 30 minutes by myself, no problem there either. I saw someone say something about the odor and I don't believe it's chemicals or the paint, although it does not say what it's made of it smells like cedar wood to me. If so this is good because cedar naturally repeals bugs. All in all I like this little house and for the price it's down right a bargin. Although I would not leave it right out in the open exposed weather, would shorten it's usable life span I would think but other than that if need be it can do it for a few years. Maybe someone can comment on that if they had it longer than me. I put mine in a carport anyway because it's convenient for me. Make your outside cat warm, dry and happy, get one for your furry friend.

Good so far!
I haven’t finished building it yet (my drill batteries died so I’m charging them as I write this), but so far it seems really good! The wood isn’t expensive quality but it’s good quality for what this is being used for. The directions were very easy to follow, and nothing was missing :) I also love how the roof came with 2 of the hinges already attached, so it’s easier to line up. I didn’t put the curtain door on since my cat is allergic to plastic, but I could easily rig something up for winter time to warm it up in there. I rated it at 4 stars because I discovered two things. One, there is a crack on part of the wood, but it’s not deep enough to cause any real structural weaknesses. Two, there were no pre-drilled holes on the back piece for the roof hinges to attach to, so I had to drill my own holes. It’s not a big deal for me, but if someone didn’t have a drill, this would be a big issue. I definitely recommend using a drill though! Not just in case you have to drill your own holes, but because it’s so much faster and more convenient :D All in all though, at this point in time, I would buy it again and also recommend it to others :)

Bought 3! Love them!
I'm a 67 yr old female. I assembled these without any help using only a Phillips head bit on a drill motor. Took me about 20 minutes on each. I saved the Styrofoam protectors used in the box for shipping and used them to add extra insulation to the floor of each cat house. Cut it to size with a box cutter. The laid old rugs in the house over the Styrofoam. I'll using these for a small feral colony for this winter. The houses are nicely weather proof, very sturdy and big enough for at least 3 med. sized cats to snuggle together in each house! They're also stylish enough I'm not concerned about them being under cover on my patio. One of the best investments I've made for these ķitties! Very Happy with this purchase!

EXCELLENT
I got this for my bunny rabbit for Christmas! She loves it. She didn’t at first and chewed on it a little bit. I had to show her that she can go through the little clear door. I keep her hay inside of it and I found a rug to put under it to keep it all clean and tidy. It is PERFECT! She spread all of the hay out so she just goes in side and eats the hay to her heart is content! The roof lifts up too! It’s sooooo cute and made her little area so cute and tidy! Took me and a friend about 30 mins to put together but you can do it alone and it will probably still take the same amount of time. We didn’t have a drill. You don’t need one, but it will cut the time in half I’m sure. 10/100, get this for your small pet! A rabbit may chew it up, but that’s not the little pet houses fault! We love this at our house, it’s probably the best thing I’ve purchased for my rabbit! I think all small pets will LOVE this. It’s of excellent quality!

Easy to assemble, might be too big for a cat.
Easy to put together and pretty sturdy. I put it in the garage for the feral cat who sneaks in when it's cold. This guy camped out in my garage all laat winter on an old dog bed near the door. He terrorized my cats and they wouldn't walk past him to go outside. I hoped the house would get him to move away from the door but he showed no interest in it. However the possum who comes in to eat the food I leave out for the feral cat seems to like it.

Great house!
I was so surprised by this little house. The quality is excellent! Very easy to assemble. Roomy inside and the roof lifts up for easy cleaning. I added a wall of insulation. This was for a senior feral stray cat that showed up on our property. I had it outside at first and it did not leak in the rain. Now the house is in our shed and our new friend can stay safe and warm in our shed. Highly recommend this little house!

Not bad
I like it. I used it as a litter box house. However, whatever is used for the roof constantly comes off whenever you open the top so it’s very annoying and messy. Other than that I like it.
