The product is good. Good steam and easy to use. It sprays water in the beginning so do not start using it right away. Wait for a few cycles of heating to start using on clothes otgerwise the clothes will get wet. Got a call from aftersales support and had a talk with Preeti from Inalsa support who explained how to use the item and helped with the queries so ai am happy with the support.

It's very compact and efficient, Heats up quickly, Removes the crease well. It's very handy and easy to use. Really liked it. Worth every penny. You can iron 2 clothes in one refill. P.S. - expect the steam iron results only and not like traditional iron. It will not provide that crisp iron.

Steamer is good, product is effect only on silk garments. Cotton not as expected

Little bulky and heavy for cabin luggage and managing water inlet requires delicate handling else it may break.
