Hoodie is very well made and extremely comfortable. Love that the hood is removable but attached very securely. I've added D3O for the back - fits very well. I also have D3O that I'll switch in for the shoulders and elbows. The CE 1 provided is very light and flexible and may be fine if fit and form is your greater priority, but I'm older and a little more brittle so the extra bulk of the CE 2 is a good trade IMHO. Gave 4 stars purely because the price is a little high considering no back protection is provided.

First of all: 5'10'' 160lbs Athletic build This hoodie(Medium) fits perfectly, feels well made, and is very comfortable. Paired with the Nucleon Kr-2I plate in the back, I feel confident in its ability to make me more protected on the road.

Comfortable jacket for urban riding. Warmer than I had expected so I will use it in spring and autumn. Comes with elbow and shoulder protection, but a back plate need to be added. With the fitted back protection, it’s very comfortable. Only thing that bothers me are the ties from the hoodie that flaps around when riding. I removed them as I don’t see the point on having them on. Very happy with this jacket overall and the price is very good. They do run a little small so I opted for an XXL while I’m usually wearing XL.
