I would have given it 5 stars if the sealing ring issue and the customer-service process had been smoother.

This is truly a bad one as the inside is so sharp (the circumference) that it cut out hand badly plus the black rubber seal is so loose that is truly a dangerous onerubbles

Love my new pressure cooker! Made a wonderful beef curry in 30 minutes. The beef just melted in my mouth. Previously owned a lagostina, and the Hawkins one is absolutely right up there in quality. So happy.
