**Q: No water gets to tower**
A: Turn your hose on.

**Q: My last one had a release and empty valve and this one doesn't. How do you empty it when the temperatures dip to freezing or below?**
A: The hose attaches at the bottom of the shower. That’s where you unplug it and it will drain. It’s pretty easy. You’ll love this shower. Also, it takes a few minutes to initially prep it. Once it’s filled and ran for a few minutes, it works like a champ.

**Q: Why isn’t water coming out of shower head**
A: CONTACT THE COMPANY THEY ARE GREAT.  mY SHOWER DID NOT STOP WHEN TURN OFF...THEY SENT ME A BRAND NEW ONE!!!

**Q: I took hose off and it is Not draing. How do i drain the tank to move it?**
A: Try opening the taps.
