My first pair met its demise with a paint can last year, and these were a replacement. TOMS are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned, and the fact the company gives back (for every pair sold another pair is given to an individual who has no shoes) is a definite plus. I have narrow feet, and the medium width fits perfectly. The price ($41) was a definite plus, and the color is exactly as shown in the picture. They are true to size, maybe a little on the smaller size. I was stupid and bought a smaller size based on reviews and you guessed it. They were too small!
