I received these as a gift, and the Pen with the extended bolt is loose and it spins how can I fix this? I see a screw but can't reach it

You need a small Phillips screw driver, about 3 or 4 inches long. Hold the Bolt in the position you want it in...then tighten up the screw... they have a tendency to work their way loose.
