I got pregnant twice after taking this herb. I never ever leave reviews. But this pierden hs been amazing. After not having my period for over 8 months, (I went to acupuncture, my gyno recommended birth control which thankfully I didn’t do), I read thru a post from Kimberly Snyder that this powder helps regulate hormones. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try. Within two days of taking a 1/2 tsp at night in water, my breast got sore. And within 3 days, my period came back and has been regular now for 3 whole months! I am so grateful and completely sold on this. I take it every night and will be for as long as my period is regular. Thank you for making a great effective product!

I have taken this whole bag and it didn't do anything for me. When I first started using it I did get an upset stomach and was going to the bathroom a lot, good thing I work from home, but then after a few days my body got used to it and then it did nothing. There was no change with anything .

This is magic for breast milk supply! Unfortunately I experienced a major dip in my supply after getting sick and I started taking 1 tsp of this twice a day and my supply came back more than it was before I got sick! Just keep in mind that your supply is based on demand so the more you pump/breastfeed the more milk you will make. But when you’re in a pinch or you have a random dip this stuff can help you get back to normal. I mix mine with a little glass of milk to get past the texture. It’s a bit chalky but so worth it.

This is some high-quality Shatavari powder. I'm very pleased with this product. I gave the flavor 4 stars because asparagus root is something I am not about to gulp down like pomegranate juice. Nevertheless, when heated up and mixed properly in warm water, it's actually pretty drinkable (and I think the more your body craves its nutrients, the better it will taste to you as well). I can anticipate this lasting months, even with daily (one cup) usage, and I don't personally drink it every day. Shatavari powder can help your ability to have interesting dreams and assist the reproductive system (think healthy fluid volumes, and better balance/blood flow) within either sex. It also seems to provide me a slight calming effect.

Flavor is awful in water but I mix it into juice and can’t taste it at all. I bought to increase milk supply. I take 1/2 tsp in juice every morning and every evening and I do think it works, not as drastic as I was hoping but there is a small boost in milk supply. Will continue to take it though. Price is great for how much product you get.

I bought this product because I have pcos and I drink it as a tea to help relive symptoms especially around my period. It has helped to clear my skin and alleviate period symptoms. However, I noticed My appetite has increased tremendously and I am eating more then I normally eat. If it’s infront of me , I will consume it like a caveman. I figured since it directly affects the hormone fluctuations, it was normal to have side affects. But if you decide to take a holistic route with your feminine cycles , I would really take the time to educate yourself of potential side effects on the product of interest . I think it’s a great product for anyone planning on conceiving , but beware there are side effects and my experience was weight gain. However every body will experience different side effects. I have only been consuming this product for a week and I have gained weight since then. As always consult a medical profesional if your unsure.

Not recommending, Powder was hard as rock , quality is not good .
