Beok Smart Wifi Thermostat for Gas Boiler and Water Underfloor Heating, Remote & Voice Control, Compatible with Tuya App, Alexa, Google Assistant, Flush-mounted Room Thermostat 230V 3A

Replacement for mechanical three wire room thermostat. Used Merriway BH04175 Surface Pattress Back Box, 35mm deep, which worked a treat for surface mount and looks completely integrated with the thermostat. As indicated in other reviews supplied screws are of the wrong thread for UK mounts, would have dropped a star, given that screws are required halfway through install, however, the rest of the unit is good all round so it just retains the 5 stars. For three wire install to the boiler that I was using a link wire is required from Live to Common with the boiler call to heat wire going to the NO contact. Central Heating time switch at the boiler needs to be set to permanently on for the thermostat to be powered up and operational all the time. Really liked that that the supplied instruction booklet had a QR Code for the Tuya control app. Downloading the app, recognising the thermostat via Bluetooth and setting up wireless all seamless and quick. Setting of heating program, once the first day is done on the app, can then be easily copied to other days of the week and adjusted as required, again, really quick. Great for remote monitoring and temperature change as needed. Can be linked to Alexa etc via the app, although the button controls on the unit are easy to use with quality feel. Display graphics were the nicest I could see on Amazon, and in use, have a quality, intuitive look. Would definitely recommend.

Very easy to install and use. I put mine on the thermostat circuit... turned the central heating to continuous then controlled the heating from this with my smart phone....great. BTW mine is the older boiler NOT a combi.... different type of install for that.

it works as it said

Arrived next day, easy to install providing there's space for a 30mm deep patress. Setting up easy and intuitive. Works a treat on the app, display panel and via alexa app. Happy with the purchase.

Really impressed with this smart thermostat, I’ve connected it to a combination boiler at my elderly mother’s house, I’ve easily set up the timer and temperature settings on the Tuya app on my phone and linked it to alexa with a simple I am hot and I am cold routine that means she can control her heating without having to learn how to use it. This thermostat needs a neutral cable to work and has 0 volt contacts so it will need a physical link between permanent live and the output contact. Setup was quick and intuitive, I powered up and opened the app the thermostat was already detected and waiting to be paired, added wifi password and it connected immediately and Alex also detected it and notified me without issue Highly recommend

this device will not switch on demand of temperatures.

Very pleased with the thermostat works very well and the app is great

Great functionality, easy to setup. However it has the most annoying screw terminals. They do not hold the wires in place and kept falling out when I pushed the unit into it's back box.

Funziona perfettamente

In jeu d’enfant à installer et à utiliser.

So far so good, only one time goes offline mode, when I have to reconnect it like the previous did almost every 2-3 days.
